  4. Break down your request into small phases to improve the chance for action.
  5. We cannot provide time estimates until we receive enough content to understand the scope.

How to use this board

  1. Hover over the table below.
  2. At the top right of the table, click the “New” button.
  3. Select the appropriate ticket template.
  4. Give the ticket a title.
  5. Fill in as much information as you have.
  6. Visit visit #slack-channel-name to coordinate with our team. Together we’ll plan the next steps such as copy, design, operations, implementation, etc.
